  • Own the full sales cycle — from discovery to demo, negotiation, and close
  • Dedicated, full-time BDR to double your effort and keep your pipeline full.
  • Drive new business growth by engaging top-producing real estate professionals and demonstrating how our platform accelerates their listings and market share.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, optimize funnel performance, and shape go-to-market strategy as we scale.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them leverage AI and automation to dominate their markets.
  • Consistently exceed targets and play a key role in building repeatable, scalable sales systems that set the standard for our future team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–20+ years in SaaS sales in proptech — with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
  • Proven closer who thrives in a high-velocity sales cycle and can command a conversation with confidence.
  • High ownership mindset — proactive, adaptable, and motivated to build something exceptional.
  • Exceptional communicator — articulate, credible, and able to build relationships fast.
  • Strategic thinker — not just selling a product, but helping shape how agents think about modern marketing and conversion.
