And here's where you come in...
We need someone who can pick up the phone and explain this game-changing technology to top-producing real estate agents across the country. Someone who doesn't just "make calls" but orchestrates conversations. Someone who treats objections like puzzles to solve, not walls to hit. You'll effectively qualify agents and book high-quality appointments for our AEs.
This is NOT a "Smile and Dial" Gig
You'll be armed with:
- A validated list of high-producing agents
- Their recent listing data, production numbers, and market intelligence
- A dialer that actually works
- A CRM that doesn't make you want to throw your laptop
- Real-time coaching from people who've actually carried a quota
Your mission? Convert these agents from "I already have a system" to "Wait, your AI does WHAT?"
The Reality Check:
Let's be brutally honest here. You're going to hear "no" approximately 47 times before lunch some days. You'll have agents hang up on you. You'll leave voicemails that feel like they're going into the void.
But you'll also have days where you book 5 meetings before noon. Where an agent says "I've been looking for exactly this." Where you directly impact someone's ability to 10x their listing business.
What We're Looking For:
- Someone who's been in the BDR/SDR trenches for at least a year (SaaS experience? Even better)
- A self starter who’s always on the hunt and despises being micromanaged
- The type who celebrates hitting 150 dials by trying for 200
- Someone obsessed with competition that refreshes the leaderboard multiple times a day
- A person who can explain complex tech to a real estate agent in Nebraska AND a tech-savvy agent in San Francisco

Base + uncapped commission. The harder you work, the more you make. We're fully remote, but we work like we're in the same room. Slack is always buzzing. Wins get celebrated. Losses get learned from.

Requirements:
- 1+ year in BDR/SDR role (or equivalent hustle heavy sales experience)
- Proven phone warrior status (we'll ask for your dial metrics)
- Track record of beating quotas, not just meeting them
- Ability to explain technical products in human language
