Business Development Rep (Inbound Growth)


Are you great at connecting with people and turning warm leads into booked sales appointments?
We’re rapidly scaling our inbound lead flow and need a Business Development Representative to convert high-intent prospects into qualified appointments—and make sure they actually show up. Your role is about building a personal connection, qualifying each lead, setting the appointment, and ensuring every prospect sees the value of meeting with our team.
You’ll use our sales-friendly CRM, streamlined workflows, and proven playbooks to engage, qualify, and schedule appointments at scale. You’ll be the first human touchpoint for many of our prospects—setting the tone for a high-value sales experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Connect: Personally engage new inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email
- Qualify: Rapidly assess fit and interest, ensuring only strong prospects are scheduled
- Set: Book high-quality appointments for our AEs and maximize show rates through value-driven messaging
- Optimize: Constantly refine your approach to boost conversion and appointment attendance
What You Bring:
- 1+ year BDR/SDR or inside sales experience (bonus if you’ve worked inbound before)
- Friendly, confident communicator who builds trust fast
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-up
- Track record of hitting or exceeding appointment and show rate goals
