What You’ll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to demoing, negotiating, and closing new deals.
• Drive new business by engaging high-intent real estate professionals, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our platform accelerates their growth.
• Work closely with marketing and BDRs to convert inbound leads while also hunting for new opportunities.
• Become an expert in real estate marketing and AI-driven lead conversion, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to your clients.
• Consistently exceed quotas by identifying expansion opportunities, upselling, and ensuring customers maximize the value of our platform.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3+ years in SaaS sales, B2B tech, or proptech—with a track record of crushing quota.
• High-energy, highly coachable, and highly competitive. You love the chase and thrive in a fast-moving sales cycle.
• Exceptional communication skills—you can build trust, articulate value, and drive urgency.
• Proven producer. You know how to move deals forward, handle objections, and get contracts signed.
